Project Overview:
Raw materials and capacity: 500 t/d of biogas slurry?

The SBR process adopted by the project integrates nitrification, denitrification and short-cut ammonia removal. It has been stably operating from September 2018 with stable and reliable operation effects. The daily treatment capacity of kitchen waste sewage is 500 t/d. The treated effluent fully meets the tertiary standard of "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants" GB 18918-2002. Due to limited land area and tight construction period of this project, an SBR tank with a diameter of 30 meters is adopted. The American MTS jet aeration is used to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the biochemical system.
